Effectiveness and usefulness of experience
While preparing the report, I have experienced effectiveness in terms of making useful and correct decisions. I have researched and have made conclusions and suggestions to which it seems that I have gained leadership qualities. I have observed change management attitude as in the report; there are several issues with Boeing 737 MAX and the system change that needs to be addressed. Researching towards the essential matters, I have worked on the change management aspect and have considered several practical steps for MCAS software that deals with the real problem. To make effective change, I have addressed the change in the MCAS and have gained active steps towards technological capabilities. Opportunities for risk and behavior change are discussed while managing incidents.
I have gained good experience while preparing the report as I understood the overall incident that happened due to Boeing 737 MAX. This experience helped me to research the event, make recommendations, and consider change management in the business. My opinion about this experience is to evaluate things and to gain information from several sources that will help in providing practical recommendations for change management. The value of the knowledge that I have learned will help me in the future to take reasonable steps and to overcome the problems that are relatively higher and conflicting. This experience has made steps to ensure effective work practices to be followed with concern and relay on measures taken to change the situation and address risk mitigation steps.
How the information will be useful
The information that I have gained will be beneficial as it will help group members to focus on the significant activities that need to be performed for effective results. Therefore, I have gained a learning experience that serves the group results. The information that has been gathered will increase the employee’s confidence and lead to practical communication skills. Presentation skills have been improved, which will help me to prepare presentations in my future job. Research skills, presentation skills, communication skills, and change management are positive attributes that I have addressed while learning from the experience of preparing reports. The knowledge and expertise will be applied in a future job that will improve my confidence in presenting the stories and solving case studies. We, as a group, have gained experience, which is a life learning and will transfer and gain support from the learning aspects of team-building skills, problem-solving processes, and group achievements. Therefore, this information will be useful in the future, and we will engage in individual responsibility and group responsibility to achieve the desired standards of growth.
