Effects of COVID-19 on Zoom
Introduction
The study covered in this paper explicates the impacts of COVID-19 pandemic on zoom. The research is based on 1A. The pandemic has resulted in more demand for zoom, thus the performance is brought to improve. Its use has widened to an organization, having been stranded since the outbreak of the pandemic. Altogether, it is clear that the use of zoom will also aid to combat the spread of coronavirus.
Body
Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic in the globe, the use of video conferencing has impacted positively and negatively at the same time. Individuals as well as the organization are utilizing video conferences to hold meetings. Therefore, communication has been enhanced to family members, friends, and colleagues (Society, 2020). Lockdown has been the order of the day thus impacting the normal running of institutions. Learning institutions has not been spared by the COVID-19 pandemic. The power of technology is evident in the zoom, where the organization can run amid the pandemic. For instance, the learning institutions including those who deal with early education childhood have successfully used zoom in learning (Gerald, 2020). Higher institutions of learning are in a position to offer their services despite social and physical distancing. Through video conferencing, the members of the organization hold meetings and can also share screens at the same time.
(Addison, 2020) states that there is rising insecurity in adopting Zoom as a modern means of communication amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Although the app has benefitted the users immensely, there is a need for the organization to take precautions, to bar the hackers from accessing the confidential meetings. (Markets, 2020) there is an increase in the demand for zoom since it is currently the most viable and reliable form of business communication. There is an increase in the performance of the company, thus the returns are likely to be redoubled. Altogether, many organization has embraced the use of zoom in communication and especially in holding meetings to reduce the impacts inclined with the Coronavirus disease (Point, 2020). It is the wish of every government to mitigate the spread of the pandemic and this will be realized if everyone across the globe embraces Zoom.
Conclusion
In conclusion, there are several arguments provided in this study. First and foremost, the use of zoom in communication will aid to combat the Coronavirus. Secondly, there is a likelihood of an increase in the performance of zoom since many organizations are adopting it. Thirdly, technology is essential in communication because, through zoom, many organizations across the globe will continue to run beside the lockdown measures. Finally, everyone should embrace zoom to combat the pandemic.
