As the new assistant director of Marketing at Carnival, I was pleased to receive your request for the booking of a cruise for Large Urban University’s football team. Unquestionably, your firm All world travel is one of our company’s best customers and it, therefore, it is always a pleasure being of service to you.
However, as you might or might not know, our young customers who were the centre most customer base for the company at one point begun roving and illustrating drunken and loud behaviour. This propelled us to issue strict measures on no drinking to individuals under the age of 21 years and the chaperoning of school groups. But the unruly behaviour persisted forcing us to implement the policy whereby no under 21 may travel without an adult over 25. This consequently puts us in a difficult position with your request as our primary target market as per now is not young pleasure seekers but families instead. We hope there will be changes to these policies soon.
