Well Cornell Hospital
under the umbrella medical centre of Presbyterian while the Montefire Hospital’s umbrella medical center of Albert Einstein College of medicine.
Montefire Hospital is a profit making organization while Well Cornell Hospital a non-profit making organization
Well Cornell Hospital
has around 20,000 full time working staff with 6,100 inclined physicians while Montefire Hospital 17,600 working force with 1,7600 affilited pgysician (Bondareff, H. (2010).
In terms of diabetes and endocrinal care, Montefire Hospital is ranked the 46th (News and World Report,n.d) .while Well Cornell Hospital is ranked 7th according to the News and World Report.
I would like to work with both hospitals because they have a strong positive employer brand.The hospitals are among the highly reputation health centers with good patient and job candidate rating.The most thrilling experience is just collaborating and supporting their health base to improve their rating even more.
Improving employer branding
Flexible is a great strategy of improving the branding of any recruitment process. The working force expect that the organization can give them flexible hours of work to balance their work and family life. Being flexible with employees can help improve trust and attract talented employees to an organization.
Avail a nice working environment by ensuring that there is pleasant temperatures and blend the environment with different colours that can improve the employees’ mood. Provide the employees with free snacks and meals. All these extra privileges will increase the organization’s productivity as well as the employees happiness. Therefore, the health centre will be marketed out there due to the extra employee care services that the company offers them.
Establishing a good marketing team that champions the employee advocacy is another pretty strategy. Create a large following through social media and other online platforms and communicate the ways that the organization cares about their workforce. The employees will get motivated through the boost they get through social means and improve their productivity. The employees will further share their employer brand with the rest of their peers and the same stories will spread widely like a bush fire their by improving the employer branding.
Evaluation of the organization’s strengths and weaknesses can help it to improve its branding. The world is fast evolving due to technological advancement. It is possible that an organization can miss out some of the latest technology advancement that can help to boost the workability of the workforce. Reviewing the past experiences and miss ups is quite necessary (Biernoth, M. (2016).
In conclusion, developing a reputable health care employer branding serves as a message that communicates the hospital’s peculiar patient based care services to its customers and job candidates. It helps the health center to stand out from the rest. The unique candidate experience coupled with fair employment outcomes promotes the employer branding.
