Evaluation of the training
Evaluating the training is the final stage of all the activities that were carried out, and the feedback from the trainees determine whether the program was a success. The evaluation sheets have to be developed alongside the learning module’s development to avoid biasness (Kapur, 2018). The trainees are given a chance to evaluate the program by giving ratings on each question. The ratings range from strongly disagree to strongly agree where dissatisfaction id assigned the least figure while high satisfaction level is assigned the highest number. The trainer has to create a conducive environment for the trainees to answer the questions. The trainer should also guide the trainees on how to fill the response papers. The evaluation helps the trainer and the company to gauge how effective the training program was, and the feedback can also be used to improve future training sessions.
