Identified Events
The simulation team’s role is essential for creating wide range of innovations in developing suitable range of modeling and operations in the network area in the smartphone industry sector (Rus and Băban, 2019). We have created simulation team that has provided wide range of creativity in maintaining verification, designing and formulation of numerous simulators and frameworks. In addition, one of our teams has provided innovations in working in a practical life business scenario and inhibited an long- term effect on our minds by acting as a learning tool. There is utilization of simulated scenarios developed in the computers for working on various operational departments of the business like finance, strategy development and marketing. In this context, we have depicted a strong platform for evaluating skills needed to be utilized for undergoing responsibilities and roles for conducting simulation process in the business.
Decisions taken by us and development of Group Dynamics
In our team, the total number of members was six that took part as a prominent part in creating simulated scenario with the assist of computer applications. We have worked with great motivation and developed long- term strategies for conducting operations in an effective process. There was implementation of pilot resting procedure done for creating a proper understanding of the activities that is useful for performing the operations in real-life business scenarios (Cohen and Bailey, 2019). In our approach, we have also developed an analysis of the competitors that have provided a direct effect on formulating substantial knowledge on the competitors in the industry.

Application of Theory and Practices
There has been a substantial increase in the overall growth pattern of the smartphone industry in recent years and has paved a greater success in the operations. Moreover, the industry has created a lot of rivalry in the current period and creates several opportunities for emerging as key player in the existing market(Nwachukw and Vu, 2020). This process provides direct effect on the operations necessary for attracting large part of the customers and indicates an upward trend among others in the current industry. There are formulations of wide range of specific theories which can be stated as follows in the underline part:
According to T7 model of Lombardo, the development of an effective performance among team members results in enhanced capabilities developed in the business. The principle of the model is to create sense of trust among the members working in conducting operations and provide thrust in the overall achievement in the future. In this regard, there has been a proper execution of the work provided to the team members for performing overall work in an effective and synchronized manner (Giachetti and Marchi, 2017).
This model also focuses that improvement in the internal operations of the team members results in fulfillment of the overall operations on the overall scenario (Dunuwille and Pathmini, 2016). It provides an effective procedure used for reducing in competencies and maintains sustainability in the current procedures for the business.
In accordance with the Katzenbach and Smith Model of team building, there is an extensive focus provided on development of systematic behaviors provides direct effect on the performance of the team. In this case, the formulation of this process creates systematic approaches for building better relationships with the team members and provides hierarchy approach in conducting overall operations in the business (Malhan and Anjum, 2017). The principle of this model focuses on developing suitable commitment among the team—members for evaluating role of workers for performing operations in an efficient process. This creates a direct effect on managing existing performance and regulates the overall operations in the business environment.
