Fate and Destiny
This narrative describes the queen of Shei Kunli kingdom and the mysteries that she faces during her reign. The queen is devastated after losing her only son, the heir of the kingdom. She is also widowed. After losing both her husband and son in a coo, she loses hope and becomes desperate. These misfortunes affect her decision-making on the rule of her people and her regime. She prepares a suicidal mission to save the kingdom. However, she does not plan to go down so quickly. She summons Master Shifu for proper training to sharpen her skills to end thousands of soldiers before letting herself succumb to the sword.
The great coup that occurred in 1875 left the kingdom with no king. The queen had no choice but to rule the kingdom with the help of the surviving military. The Prime Minister’s uprising wiped out her family and killed half of the kingdom. Her regime survived due to diplomatic relations and debts with neighboring territories.
In the suicidal mission, the queen is ready to fight and die because the Prime Minister would lead her people to survival with his smart strategies. Master Shifu is in a dilemma; she does not know how to face the queen (her old friend) to tell her that she hid her baby from her. She would never survive the guilt of her dying without ever seeing her son. However, the intentions of protecting the baby were pure.
Finally, the queen gets to know that her son is alive. This gives her as well as her people hope for their kingdom. She understands that her son was hidden from her during the coup, to save him from the evil fate of the hereditary kingdom and the wrath of coveters of power. This serves as a psychological wake-up call on the queen to stand firm for her kingdom and make better decisions. This gives the queen more power to rule her kingdom and to revive the kingdom that was once massacred due to greed of power.
