Ford is one of the best motor car company, and it is considered as a legend in the motor industry. It is best known for its auto manufacturing and to automate production with an assembly line. The company pays workers a fair wage daily and produces a motor vehicle for its vast market every day. In the Ford company, motor vehicle quality comes first. Trades are the attention of all Ford Motor vehicle companies pursue. More so, continuous upgrading is vital to our success. Operative participation is our way of life.
Ford’s corporate mission is “to make people’s lives better by making mobility accessible and affordable.” This mission statement focuses on moving people, a primary function expected in automobiles, and the transportation sector (Formentini, Marco, and Paolo Taticchi).
Support from Management working together for the resolve of issues and in an effective positive manner. The diversity in any workforce we were trained to assist the Production hourly and Salary resolving any questions as presented in unity and positive attitude. People enjoy working for Ford.
Using information systems, Ford utilizes a low-cost leadership strategy and product differentiation strategy to enhance its business activity. Ford adopted a low-cost approach aimed at a reduction at reducing the cost of production by cutting all high values in all segments of its operations. Through detailed research on the Ford company culture, I was able to identify that the above Ford culture serves work positively in business. It aligns with the organization’s objectives, strategies, and policies that include Product/Service/Program Management: Operations Management, Operations Management, Communication Management, Marketing Management, Channel Management.
