Dear sir/madam,
I am writing today to complain about the iPhone eleven I bought from your company on the third of March this year at an apple fashion fair in California. I have been a constant iPhone user for fifteen years now. Hence, I purchased this iPhone eleven because I believe it’s the best phone that could meet my needs such as attending online meetings and producing quality videos of my children. I like the iPhone mostly because of its quality screen and other gadgets which is fast and often does not affect eyes.
As a long time iPhone user, I was expecting a screen that uses a pixel density of 326. Which results in a high-quality image, with smooth lines. I was also expecting a screen with a wider viewing angle, which boosts color saturation and giving a better viewing experience in apps while watching videos, movies, or television. In other words, I wanted a screen that offers a good color presentation. I also expected my phone’s screen to be legible and useful even when loaded with more information, that is, a screen display that can accommodate more items.
Besides a quality screen, I expected my phone’s battery to last longer and to drain slowly like the ones I had been using. I wanted a phone whose battery can last for more than twenty-four hours. This means I wanted a phone with a good battery condition. Additionally, I expected this phone’s Bluetooth to connect with my device. Because I spend most of my time browsing, I chose to buy this phone as I knew it would connect well with my Wi-Fi.
Unfortunately, my expectations for this phone has not been met. My phone’s screen has not performed well. It sometimes hangs for no serious reason. It also makes the images appear as if they are of low quality, with rough lines. This is a serious issue on my side because I value quality photos. Besides, my kids depend on this phone for taking short videos and for other entertainments. I have numerous information to store inside this phone. I, therefore, ask you to change this phone’s screen to a better screen that I can use even when loaded with information.
This phone’s battery does not last as long as I expected. It cannot hold power for more than fifteen hours. In other words, its battery drains rapidly. I tried to solve this problem by always walking with a power bank. However, the condition has grown worse as the poor battery condition makes the phone shut down even without showing any warning. This sometimes happens when I’m in an official online meeting. Last week the phone shut down during an English online exam which made me fail in the paper.
This phone has a problem with Bluetooth connectivity. I had connected its Bluetooth with my old device and it connected successfully. However, on purchasing another device, the Bluetooth connection has not been successful. This has prevented me from enjoying the music and documentaries which I had downloaded. The poor Wi-Fi connectivity has also made it difficult on my side because am currently unable to access online training that I had paid for.
To resolve these problems, I would appreciate it if you change for me this phone. I have attached the copies of receipt and guarantee. I look forward to your reply and resolution to my problem.
