Formative & Summative Evaluation for Healthcare
Formative Evaluation
The formative evaluation process will be carried out before the training for healthcare professionals takes place. The formative assessment aims to monitor learning during the training process, and provide relevant feedback which instructors can use to improve their teaching process, and learning for the students. Another purpose would be to identify the weaknesses of the training program to improve it. The target audience for the evaluation is companions.
