  • The records room contains filing cabinets with a small table in the center of the room.
  • The breakroom contains a refrigerator, microwave, and toaster oven. There is also a large table in the center of the room with eight chairs.
  • The classroom space consists of tables and non-fixed chairs.
  • The building is a Type V construction and the occupancy is located on the second story of a two story building.
  • The first floor occupant is a small law firm.
