- The occupancy is in a new building and is being used by a small engineering firm.
- Office furnishings consist of a single 6 foot wide desk with chair, two 3 foot wide bookshelves and a 3 foot wide horizontal filing cabinet.
- The records room contains filing cabinets with a small table in the center of the room.
- The breakroom contains a refrigerator, microwave, and toaster oven. There is also a large table in the center of the room with eight chairs.
- The classroom space consists of tables and non-fixed chairs.
- The building is a Type V construction and the occupancy is located on the second story of a two story building.
- The first floor occupant is a small law firm.
