Fundraiser: Choice of Cause

The fundraising event has to be concise in purpose and goal-oriented as well as justification of the cause, which then presents a convincing reason to potential donors to invest in the charity. The Cards shall have price tags to it for which the monies collected shall go into the fundraiser’s kitty. Notably the inclusion of prizes and fine s for losers remains an open way to get the money flowing. In the office set up, there shall also be a small fee chargeable for the entrance into the game. This fee shall be tagged entrance fee. The rules of bingo game shall be observed whereby the organizer shall be the moderator., Suffice to note that the key is creating enthusiasms and a party-like atmosphere that enhances the interaction as between the colleagues who then are deemable potential sponsors.

Food Stall

In response to the need to raise funds for a donation to the army, a food stall shall be set up concurrently with the bingo night. An assortment of food items, including beverages, to keep the sponsors warm all through the night, shall be available. They shall pay for the food, and the monies shall be part of the charity. Notably, there shall be more than one stall that serves and sells various snacks all through the night. As a matter of variety and appreciation of various talents in the workplace, the event affords an opportunity to various cooks in the workplace to showcase their talents by bringing in various delicacies, notably, snacks for the night, and this shall be sold to the colleagues as well as other invites. Suffice to note that to have a food stall; the potential cooks shall pay a small fee which will equally contribute to the charity fund.
