From the 1880s to 1940s, variations of temperatures record were negative. From the 1940s, they started to record positive variation but very minimal up to positive three degrees Celsius. As of the 1980s, temperature variation started increasing, and up to date, we are still experiencing such a huge temperature variation. The year 2016 recorded the highest temperature rise with positive 0.8 degrees Celsius, and the variation still remains that high. It’s evident that human activities the results of this variance (Al‐Ghussain, 2019). In the past, when technology was down and wanting, the world did not experience global warming. In fact, the variance was negative with the use of technology, and the so-called modern industrialization emission of hazardous gases such as carbon dioxide and other chemicals resulted in global warming (Al‐Ghussain, 2019). Still, the technology we use in different sectors of production seems to be unfriendly to nature.
Nebraska temperatures have almost doubled in the recent past and still are experiencing an increase in temperature. Statistics show that global warming effects will affect and result in flooding that could end up destroying field crops and other production sectors. Nebraska states deal with water used by citizens. The quality of water is being affected by global warming increase spending on agriculture, recreation, industries, and the environment at large (Winters, 2019). Climate change still impacts poor air quality and increases the transmission of diseases to people animals and plants in those the whole county.
Most people say that emissions of harmful gasses and chemicals are the real reasons Nebraska is experiencing global warming. Mitigating greenhouse gas emissions and providing strategies to lower amounts of greenhouse gas emissions will surely prevent the extremes of climate change (Winters, 2019). Citizens should also comply with guidelines issued by the government. With everyone involved, the global warming increase rate will lower, and its effects will be prevented.
