A healthy life is vital in human beings’ well-being and is one aspect that holds the key to other life operations. Being healthy gives one the advantage of being able to care for themselves and others. It is one responsibility to make sure that they have healthy despite the contribution of other societal members. Healthy lives are determined by the kind of lifestyle that one leads and the kind of environment they live (Voronov, 2019). If one gets ill then medication becomes paramount in ensuring that they have a healthy life. The ability of one having to take care of themselves relies on the knowledge they have about health. Education comes handy in ensuring that one has the knowledge on taking care of themselves towards leading a healthy life. Education becomes a guarantee for a healthy life because of its significance to one’s healthy life. Education benefits one to a healthy life through income and resources, social and psychological benefits, health behaviors, and healthier neighborhoods.

A high level of education assures one high income and resources based on their different levels of education. Individuals with a graduate’s degree will earn high income from their jobs that will keep them comfortable. The high income allows one to lead a healthy life in the sense that they can be able to make a different decision. With high income, one can be able to afford healthy foods and medication that will assure them of a healthy life. Also one can be able to have enough money that they can use to finance their exercise such as going to the gym. With such activities as healthy meals, medicine, and exercise one will be guaranteed healthy life (Buwa, 2011). When it comes to resources that are directly proportional to the income educated individuals have an advantage. With their high income, they assured of resources such as better insurance cover. With the insurance cover, they get the best medical attention. With such the individuals are assured of a healthy and long life.

A good education gives one social and psychological benefit basing on their educational level. The benefits of this come majorly from the skill that one acquires through education over time. The skill is attained from both formal and informal education that one gets at the different stages of their life. The skills that are obtained include the ability to solve problems, decision making, and being able to cope up with hardship. With the kind of skills in a person, one will not have any emotional stress that results from a lack of these skills? It is clear that a person who is free from stress will not be subject to a health condition such as cardiovascular problems. One will be able to live freely and hence living a healthy life. Also in line with that educated people will tend to have much social connection that results from their schoolmates. The social connection plays an important role in building and individual self-esteem. With high esteem, one is assured of having a healthy life.

Health behavior contributes much to how patients make the decision and choices for themselves and the community. Education will affect the way one reason and addresses issue in normal life. Educated people will have the advantage of going through different health curriculum on the cause of their study. With this, they can be able to critically assess the different options that they have towards having a healthy life. It is with this that educated people can be able to follow health guidelines that are put across. Also, it becomes easy to control their health condition as they can easily communicate with the doctors. They ease the burden of health practitioners as they can understand their language. With the kind of ability that the individual has to handle different health decisions, healthy lives become a guarantee.

 

Healthy neighborhoods are a guarantee for healthy lives for individuals. Educated people will tend to have income and resources that can assure them of healthy neighborhoods. With high education, individuals can live in health centers. The centers provide individuals with access to better health options. It includes a majority of stores that they can walk in and purchase healthy meals. Also, such healthy places will have runways that can allow individuals to move along and exercise their bodies (Doyle, 2011). In addition to that educated individuals who live in better neighborhoods are guaranteed security. Hence one is not exposed to the dangers of being harmed with thugs that are a threat to their lives. The individual in such neighborhoods is also stress-free based on the condition that they are surrounded. It is much better and healthy neighborhoods that contribute to better lives by the individuals.

Education guarantees one of the healthy lives as they benefit from high income and resources, social and psychological benefits, health behaviors, and healthy neighborhoods. All these are the basis of a better life that means a healthy life. It is no doubt that education and health are directly related. One needs to be healthy in order to attain education and become a better person. In addition to that once educated they play a vital role in enlightening others of a healthy lifestyle. However, it is also true to say that education resulting in high income can also result in one leading a poor lifestyle.
