“Goods and services Continuum.”
Senior members of the Bashundara all members present good morning. I have come to realize that the goods-services continuum is a medium that allows goods and services to be quickly transacted between the consumers and the producers by the ability of the marketers. Marketing strategies should be integrated to enable the consumption of the products in the markets. Product positioning in the continuum enables the marketers to derive opportunities out of it. These goods and services are classified into several segments that will enable the marketers to spot opportunities on how it will be consumed.
In terms of the dimension of quality, the business should focus on three factors, which are the offering, the customer management system, and the emeoployee management system. In terms of the Offering, the business should offer services that are of value to the customers and have a lasting experience to the customers (Frei). In term s of the employee management system is another crucial factor for the employer as he will be able;e top track down the way the employees are treated. The customer management system is another factor in that the busdiness might easily keep records and thus boost its business by offering a reward to the business’s consistent customer.
