Grounding of Boeing’s Jets by China

The grounding of the boing 737 max model across the globe triggered the grounding of the aircraft around the world after the Boeing 737 max that was being operated by the Ethiopian airline. China authorities were among the first administrations to ground the airplane in less than twenty-four hours of the accident. The country resulted to grounding after, the cause of the crash was similar to the Indonesian lion air Boeing 737 max that crashed in Indian Ocean few minutes after taking off from the airport (Adam 2019).

The china was the leading country that operated the 737 max jets across all its airline. However, due to consumers concerns of safety and fear for their lives, the government of China was the first one in the globe when the federation aviation authority seemed reluctant. The china consumers are concerned with their safety, and whether the administration did not call for the grounding, the clients would have refused to use the planes. The action to ground the airplane was disastrous to China whose majority of airlines uses the Boeing 737 max airplane (Adam 2019).

China’s government has a responsibility to protect its citizens, whether on air or the ground. The safety of china’s and global citizen was a primary concern after the Ethiopian airline boing 737 max crush and the action taken by the government was an unpopular course even though the government should have waited for the federal aviation admiration to react first since the booing company is under the jurisdiction of U.S.A.

The life of humans beings is essential, and there is need to guard and protect life at all cost. Consequently, I support the action of the China government because the Boeing Company did not go through testing to ensure the automatic maneuvering feature in the jet was working correctly. Also, the manufacturer did not give guidelines regarding the sensitive function. The Boeing Corporation focused on profit rather than considering the safety and the consumer’s needs of their clients.

The boing company was negligent in conducting its business because they would have done through testing for all features before releasing the plane on the airspace. Therefore I recommend all the airlines to ground the Boeing 737 max jet until proper investigation and modification of the automatic maneuvering system have been done and rectified (Macdonald 2010). Furthermore, I would also request the other airplane manufacturer to relook all the features in their airplane to ensure the safety of their passengers.

The management of the Boeing company should also be held accountable for the loss of more than three hundred lives lost. The federal aviation authority should ensure the individual behind the fault of the automating maneuvering system are put behind bars and punished with lifetime imprisonment since they are a threat to humanity. I recommend severe punishment for those found with criminal offenses.

In conclusion, the airlines manufacturers needs to improve on how they conduct research, assemble the tools and the technologies they use in the making of the airplanes. The crashing of the two aircraft because of the manufacturer’s fault is a saddening situation (Hill 2012). Also, people have entrusted manufacturers with their lives and expect them to act accordingly. The ground of the boing 737 max jet is an exemplary lesson to all the vague manufactures.
