Abstract
This research paper explores the concept of evidence-based practice [EBP] to find out whether it supports the achievement of the quadruple aim of healthcare organizations. The aims includecost, patient experience, population health, and work-life of the healthcare providers. Findings indicate that EBP provides for the various factors which support each of the four healthcare organizations’ aims. EBP is a tool that healthcare providers use to deliver meaningful clinical interventions. As a result, it is an all-round factor that impacts different elements of healthcare. The tool makes healthcare providers efficient in their work leading to healing within the shortest time possible and without errors. Such error-free and quick healing is the backbone to reduced cost, increased patient experience, and joy among healthcare providers. On the other hand, EBP pulls all stakeholderstogethersince it requires collaboration to access the needed information. The partnershipleads to the support of healthcare providers, for example, with tools of work leading to meaningful work experience.

Healthcare Organizations’Quadruple Aim
Introduction
Healthcare organizations focus on meeting the quadruple aim, including cost, patient experience, population health, and work-life of the healthcare providers through different interventions. One such intervention is the use of evidence-based practice (EBP) that involves the development of interventions based on existing evidence. EBP ignites a network of support between the four healthcare organization’s aims by improving the efficiency of the healthcare facilities. This paper explores the various ways through which EBP supports makers of the quadruple aim.
Patient Experience
EBP allows the provision of accurate and patient-centered treatment, which are the maker’s positive patient experience. Healthcare professionals who utilize EBP provide care and treatment, which they have evidence that it will work on a particular patient (Crabtree et al., 2016). For example, they will provide a drug to specific patients based on evidence that such a medicine worked in a similar case. Patients, benefits in such care through a reduced stay in hospital, quick recovery, reduced heighten of their condition and, reduced cost of care since they will not keep long in the facility. EBP, as a result, allows positive patient experience by impacting quick recovery to save health burden and cost
Population Health
Population health requires utilization of quality information from the public on the chances of various intervention to prevent the spread of diseases which EBP provides. An intervention which addresses population health need to stay in power for a longer duration to serve and reduce any rising and emergency case or outbreak. EBP comes in by providing quality information about sustainable prevention and treatment interventions and policies that can address spontaneous illnesses among community members (Fleiszer et al., 2015). Research about the community acceptable healthcare practices and which addresses the exact potential health issue leads to an effective intervention which the community can support.
Costs
EBP, on the other hand, supports the reduced cost of healthcare for both the facility and patients through supported quality care that reduces stay, readmission, and errors. Healthcare professionals who employ the practicecandevelopclinically meaningfulinterventions based on the available evidence (Crabtree et al., 2016).The result of clinically significant care is a treatment that effectively addresses the problem without errors or more healing time than needed. Errors, increased stay, and readmissions are sources of high costs of healthcare to patients and the facilities since both have to pay for the extended healing and other interventions.
Work-Life of the Healthcare Providers
Work-life of the healthcare providers is dependent on the meaning of the work and joy which EBP provides. While joy involves developing a feeling of accomplishment, good work experiences occur through the development of the importance of everyday work (Sikka et al., 2015).EBP pushes healthcare stakeholders, including patients, nurses, physicians, and hospital management, to collaborate to provide the necessary support in the form of information (Boller, 2017). Such collaboration enhances the meaning of work since physicians and nurses will have the right support from all stakeholders. Quick healing, reduced readmissions, and stay contributes to improvedpatient outcome and therefore, a joy to care providers.
Conclusion
The analysis shows that EBP enables healthcare facilities to become efficient in the provision of care, thereby meeting the four aims. The use of research evidenceenables healthcare providers to develop meaningful clinical interventionsthat provide timely and effective care. Such care does not only make them happy by feeling accomplishment but also increases patientexperience while reducing cost. However, EBP supports the meaning of work for healthcare providers because it forces collaboration between the various healthcare stakeholderswho support nurses and doctors.
