Communication is exchanging information, feelings, thoughts, and ideas between people or groups. It involves the transmission of signals through various means, such as verbal and non-verbal means (Fatimayin, 2021).

Verbal communication involves written or spoken words such as phone calls, letters, and emails to convey messages. In contrast, non–verbal communication consists of transmitting messages without using words, such as body language and facial expressions, and gestures, like pointing, waving, and nodding.

It allows the sender to know whether the message was well understood.
Noise- Noise is anything that interferes, hinders, and disrupts the communication process.
