Hello after reading your post I have already confirmed that information governance is an essential aspect mostly when an IT management line up with the company’s plans. Identically, also agree that for an organization to achieve its target, if the plans of the management structure their plans and their ideas in the line of the IT government framework. Primarily I also agree that many of the IT governance mechanisms are specially outlined to help an organization to evaluate the whole structure of the IT people (Olifer , Goranin Kecenian & cenys, 2017). However, the organization should secure the information as well as putting up an assurance on their inner and outer benefits and also they are needed to execute an authorized IT governance plan. Moreover, I also believe that there should be factors to be considered when dealing with an IT governance in an organization. I have found that, it is good for organizations to embrace the IT governance plans to cope up with the adjustments. Besides I have seen that there are impacts on the standards because they need a lot of commitments to secure the information (Sari, Kasora, Ranti & Supangkat, 2018). Besides, it can provide a competitive sector that can be advantageous for organization to trade with other organizations. I agree with you that ISO standards can also make the work easier for an organization in a way that they can notice the problems that are affecting their network security. Finally I believe that it will be smoother when making plans that enhances a virtual security.
Yes I agree with Lindros that currently many organizations invested so much because of using technology. I believe that the more these organizations go deeper in technology to enhance their business, they also need skills to utilize their resources in the business sector. However, your post has made me see the truth that, IT governance as a business position plan can give a reliable results to the organizations but they must ensure that the IT expenditure bear with their business intentions. Necessarily, there are some regulations which should be followed for the organization to be able to use the information technology within their business plans (Gregory, Kaganer & Ruth, 2018) Identically, these regulations are there to secure the data within the systems and again for the financial reliabity as well as retaining the data and for the procedures, policies that prepares an organizations vital IT infrastructure to recover from disasters (Alreem, Walters & Willis, 2016). Importantly it is good to know that networks are becoming vital in many modern companies and they are always attacked. Furthermore, I also believe when these organizations use IT networks there should be an assurance that these technologies are secure because when there is no security an attack can occur and data can be exploited leading to loss.
