Interpersonal situations and communication strategies use in organizations in by leaders
Several interpersonal situations and communication strategies are supposed to be used by leaders in an organization. Keeping it real is one of the strategies, which is supposed to be used by the leader, especially when delivering a message; hence, he or she should be truthful and as complete as possible. Timekeeping, encouraging feedback, and focusing on consistency are also among the situations that are supposed to be keenly observed. (Neamțu et al., 2019). Besides, some leadership behaviors usually influence others to create a positive and professional work environment; one of these behaviors is motivating your team members via promotion or rewarding those who have performed well. However, several risks are associated with power, influence, one of the risk factors is greedy, and making decisions based on gossips. The two may harm your team members, and they may lead to disunity among the organization members. (Hynes & Mikhail, 2019).
