Job Analysis and Career Plan
I have two career goals, which I have targeted these are human resource manager or marketing manager of a company. I will plan, direct, and coordinate all the junior workers in the company, or if I venture in marketing, I will plan, direct, and coordinate marketing policies.
I was raised in a background where both of my parents did there in the same field one of them working as a marketing manager and the other one as a human resource manager in different companies; I started making a decision and leading as a manager in the small business which my parents started in the village. The way my parent used to live made me be interested in joining the same field.
Medium wages (2019) $56.11 hourly, $116,720 annual.
Projected growth (2018-2028) faster than average (7% to 10%)
Becoming a human resource manager or marketing manager in the company will enable me to increase my skills and develop inventions to improve the marketing strategies and management of different companies that are highly competitive in the world.
Job Requirements
- Education: have knowledge and skills acquired from a related course of business
- Essential skills: figuring out how to use new ideas, listening to people, and treating them equally, I will make sure that I have come up with new ideas to improve the management of the business and treat people in the best equally without discrimination.
- Problem-solving:noticing a problem and figuring out the best way to it, with the knowledge I have gained, I will try to solve any raising problem in the best way.
- Abilities: communicating by speaking and listening and understanding what people say. I will try to give able time for everyone to express his own opinion.
The following is in my plans to reach my career goal.
- Current education;I have completed a degree in human resource management
- Future education: I have already started a master’s degree in the same field, hoping to graduate soon.
- Mentor: I will consult the people who have specialized in the business field and increase my knowledge in the same field.
- Volunteer internship: I have already had an internship in a small business organization and am looking forward to the same in large industries.
Things to lead me in long term goals
- Completing the internship:After completing the internship, you would wish to work with some of the big companies in the world to strategize their marketing.
- Job title to seek upon completion of studies; becoming a human resource manager of marketing manager is my goal.
