Journal extra credit assignment- “what went well”
Thinking about three good things that have occurred each day for a week is hard while other things happen out of the ordinary. Some of the choices and activities we handle in our daily lives are not considered to be part of the good things. However, taking this assignment made me see that some of the underrated things end up being part of our best day. One will not group them as one of the good things because they happen regularly. After taking the time, choosing the good things in a day became easy for me. I presented the god things that happened in three consecutive days in the tables below;

Good Things | Why? |
Kept my room clean | It made me feel productive. |
Performed Laundry] | It made me utilized the time I would have used to watch Netflix. |
Stuck on my diet | It made me have the right decision for health even when I wanted to break it. |
In conclusion, I found the exercise helpful especially in understanding that although some great things may not happen in life, there are simpler things that we can appreciate, and there are plenty of them. I don’t think that I would say that the exercise was changing life but it gave me an understanding of how we can use these normal things as life-changers which can be understood and admitted as the Positive things in life.
