When in a leadership position, it is essential to communicate effectively as a way to eliminate misunderstanding in a team. All professionals require proper leadership and communication. This is because almost all professionals work in a team that includes a leader and team members. Without proper communication, it is hard to understand what each team member want which will hinder proper completion of a project. This is where I will be a good example to the rest of the team where I will expose my leadership skills efficiently. This is because when one can communicate clearly and wit vision, others will be ready to listen which will make them contribute to your conversation. Communications skills are admired by many, and they can make one desire to be a leader since they can effectively communicate. Good communicators are also good listeners which make them the best leaders in the professional setting.

This is because when one utilizes the strengths and gifts that are inborn, all the other people within the team will possibly admire you.
