Organizations need to be different from the others in the way they carry out their operations. The change makes the organization outstanding and distinguishes its overall duties from other organizations. Organizational change is the upgrade of an organization from one state to another. It involves changes in the organizational structure, policies or strategies.rganiztions can also implement changes in technology or culture among other fields that can be of benefit. Changes in organizations may be early planned or can arise from immediate changes in the environment. Changes in organizations
are, however, aimed at producing successful processes and products and minimizing the negative outcomes.
Changes in organizations may be accepted, or even employees reject them. The leaders in organizations may be against the organizations’ change which can derail its running. Senior leaders and senior managers are the core drivers on how the organization’s culture should adapt to changes to ensure favourable progress of the organization by collaborating. Managers and leaders should communicate effectively to the organization’s team on the new changes. The amendment requires leaders to have better interpersonal skills with employees. They can build a better interface among them by being polite, convincing, and transparent on the new project. Team members should also give their suggestions on the new change (Frantz and Jain.,2017). They should be ready to work together to make it a success. The management and leadership team should collaborate with better budget allocations when the new project. Leaders and managers may be committed by ensuring business processes and resources are used without wastage in the implementation of the change.
Managers and leaders can delegate the work among themselves to ensure a successful environmental change. They can share different responsibilities like supervision, attendance reporting, and payment. Changes in organization restricting leaders and managers can guide employees on how the process of selecting and voting should be done. Managers and leaders can inspire employees by motivating them like transport allowance (Al-Ali et al.,2017). Managers should be ready to face issues daily and must creatively solve them. Leaders managers can manage stakeholders by assigning them different duties like in consumer habit changes. Managers and leaders should also lead the team in the completion of new projects by being an example to other employees (ElKordy, 2013). There are increased chances that can lead to the success of the organization through competition and productivity if appropriate steps towards the change in the working environment are followed.
