The management and leadership team should collaborate with better budget allocations when the new project. Leaders and managers may be committed by ensuring business processes and resources are used without wastage in the implementation of the change.

Managers and leaders can delegate the work among themselves to ensure a successful environmental change. They can share different responsibilities like supervision, attendance reporting, and payment. Changes in organization restricting leaders and managers can guide employees on how the process of selecting and voting should be done. Managers and leaders can inspire employees by motivating them like transport allowance (Al-Ali et al.,2017). Managers should be ready to face issues daily and must creatively solve them. Leaders managers can manage stakeholders by assigning them different duties like in consumer habit changes. Managers and leaders should also lead the team in the completion of new projects by being an example to other employees (ElKordy, 2013). There are increased chances that can lead to the success of the organization through competition and productivity if appropriate steps towards the change in the working environment are followed.
