According to the assumptions made about Foster High School, there is need for a lot of cooperation from the teachers in order to brainstorm on new ways of governing the school and bring about its positive productivity in student’s performance by increasing the percentage of graduating students. The weakness of the information provided in the article is that it only describes the school and its wrong affairs, but there is little focus on some good that the school has been involved in or has done that could actually show case, for example, the reason for the school having an overcrowded population of students despite it not meeting the local and state’s standards and yet there are nine other high schools in Bolton. Having a leadership framework in a bad situation is important as it shows that the principal might be competent in ensuring the school is in good condition and that the community can associate itself with. The framework is needed to correct the past mistakes that were embraced by the school.

In conclusion, there is the essence of having a leadership framework in place. There is a need for mobilization to ultimately yield a positive outcome. And hence, Ms. Williams needs to carefully think about the leadership styles to embrace to correct the management and leadership framework of Foster High School.
