Leadership team within an organization
As a member of the leadership team within my organization, I stand to benefit from my organizational culture significantly. As such, the organization culture can be a distinctive capability and strength by using it to promote healthy competition at the workplace by relying upon the values, beliefs, and ideals to engage employee commitment, employee commitment, and individual effectiveness, which altogether improve organizational performance. Besides, I will use organizational culture to ensure a distinctive capability and a strength by adopting it to guide employees at the workplace have a sense of direction, thus contributing to organizational goals to give the desired outcomes. Also, I will rely upon organization culture to determine the guiding principles for employee interaction at the workplace, which will result in the desired behavior, values, and beliefs essential in realizing organizational goals. Besides, I will adopt organization culture to rally employees alongside a common platform, and in so doing, engage their commitment in supporting the organization’s vision. Besides, I will benefit from organizational culture by using it to maximize the team members’ and employees’ potential, thus resulting in enhanced productivity and subsequent higher performance. Relatively, to make the organizational culture sustainable, it will be imperative to engage in various activities geared towards improving it. In that sense, I will strive to actively listen to the subordinates, ensure the organizational culture is as transparent as possible to win my subordinates’ trust, and ensure that the corporate culture is all collaborative to attain participation and enhance greater loyalty among my followers. Besides, in making the organizational culture more sustainable, it is imperative I communicate it regularly to the employees, provide regular feedback, and lay down a challenge to spur engagement. Lastly, I will reward employees for keeping them motivated in committing to the shared ideals and organizational values that mold their behavior and give them a sense of direction.
