Over the past few years, the social and economic conditions in most countries resulted in the concept of Age of the “Information Technology”. It is an idea which imported new kind of learning known as “lifelong learning” due to increased rate at which the world is moving digital. It is the new style of learning which was not compatible with the old style when it comes to generating career for the new generation. The system required the professionals in this new kind of learning to be ready to learn for more skills. Besides, the industry was supposed to develop the skills of employees in an attempt making new technology more useful. One of the main principles of this life “lifelong learning” is that all members involved has to develop interests which were used to determine their abilities to use it. With the “lifelong learning” introduced, it resulted in “New Learning Style (NLS)” for example, massive open online courses (MOOCs) [1]. It is kind of learning where there is the usage of audios, videos and social media as learning channels. It is an idea which presented an excellent opportunity for the new generations to select the style of learning which is suitable for them. The method was used massively to shape trends of learning of the new generations. However, it still needed changes for more convenience and also wide coverage.

 

After the idea of “lifelong learning” that resulted in massive online courses, it was noted that students needed working skills together with life skills. It is an idea which resulted in moving into an intense “Digitized Education System”. It is a method which was used to present as creative media that provided many pictures but less of the content. The idea got a lot of support from the stakeholders since it was seen as the easiest and fast method of digital learning. All the instructors and the students involved were to be taught on how to use online media. The adoption of method resulted in an improvement of Digitation of learning which was easy to use for both students and instructors. However, it was faced by one major obstacle that is related to the difference in attitudes, the different tastes and instructor’s judgement on the rate of understanding of various learners. It was observed that the obstacles were as the result of the development of the analytical thinking skills of promoting learning through a combination of the media interactive learning [2]. It was also noted that some learners were unable to comprehend the full meaning of the pictures and graphic presentations such as movies. Therefore, those students were left behind as it was reflected in their poor performances during the tests. The stakeholders decided that it is necessary to come up with inspirational and diverse learning as the main components, which can be a motivation to learn for the students who were victims.

Due to some obstacles of the “Digitized education system”, it was decided that there could be the implementation of the “Digitized teaching and learning”. It was carefully thought that when implementing any learning digital learning platform, there is a need for applying criteria of suitability depending on the capability of the students. It was noted that the various digital platforms method has different tastes on the students and the instructors. The learning was to be based on interest developed about a specific digital platform. In digitized teaching and learning, the main there was the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) which has resulted in considerable dynamics in digital learning of the students. Among the features fitted in the Digitized teaching and learning is the automatic chat program which can be divided into the following main categories. Gathering of knowledge and exchange of knowledge. It is a feature which aids the students to share the diverse knowledge and experiences through the digital platform. In some part of the world, Digitized teaching and learning is integrated with games such as ad AR VR in the attempt of promoting leaning [3]. Besides, there is using of social media for the advantage of learning. Generally, the Digitized teaching and learning focus on identifying the most appropriate platform to use for the specific group. Upon identifying the most suitable platform, resources are then invested to ensure equality in the digitization of the students.

The Digitized teaching and learning concept improved collaboration and interactions of the students on the digital platform an aspect that resulted to idea of merged mail and the digital work. It is a concept which was used to categorize the quality of learners with criteria of their capability to manage their own learning. The merged mail and digital worked has its push factor of imparting positive change to students, especially the career change. Besides, it also needed the new generation to have the inbuilt capability of working. The learners needed both improved or advanced skills together with critical thinking to use the merged mail and digitized work. The merged mail and digital work developed the underlying service platform of effective communication between the students with the same quality and same interest. Besides, it improved the convenience and also the efficiency to all people who were involved in it. It was also noted that through merged mail and digital work, E – School improved the public administration effectiveness through combining an increase in transparency and reliability. It has resulted in a kind of teaching with much adhering to boundaries and duties of student and instructor relationship. This kind of digital platforming leaning is considered to be among effective methods as it focusses on improving the quality of students. From the discussion above, all the methods discussed of digitization of students may take an extended time to cover the curriculum. As it is discussed, some of the methods need extensive training of both students and instructors for it to be effective. Besides, the factor of capacity was also considered since there is need of having more extensive coverage due to increased rate of online learning. It can be said that zoom has enabled digitization of the students’ service management as easy to use and access. It only requires participants to have devices which can use the internet such as laptops, tablet or even desktops. In an n efficient way, the zoom has enabled the virtual classroom meeting for both students and instructors. With the option of having a live video instructor can monitor students during lectures and also during the test [3]. The zoom application can be said to have solved some of the challenges of digitization of students as it gives immediate interaction between the instructors and students.
