What is the role of each of the various types of public organizations? What organizations can create administrative rules? Review one of the websites below which contains a comprehensive list of proposed regulations. Pick one regulation that seems extreme and one regulation that appears necessary. Explain which regulations you selected and why?
Public Organization Regulations
The public regulations in the united stated include the Independent Executive Agencies, Independent Regulatory Agencies, Cabinet Departments, Government Corporations, and Presidential Commision. The presidential commission has the key role of executing specific scientific or investigative tasks as ordered by the government while the Independent Executive Agencies conducts the operation of law and federal procedures that are relevant to specific sectors such as security and education ( Regulation Website, 2020). Additionally, the government corporations act as the third eye of the government in terms of commercial activities whereas the cabinet departments such as agriculture, defense, or justice advise the president on subject matters. Independent Regulatory Agencies however has the mandatory role to conduct investigations or audits in favor of the government.
Government Regulations
The above public organizations are amongst the pillars that hold the government. Consequently, the Independent Executive Agencies are responsible for creating administrative laws in the United States of America. These laws relate to veteran affairs and the security of the country as a whole. examples of such include the Central Intelligence Agency and the Federal Communication Commission (U.S Accountability Office, 2020). The U.S Government office amongst other sites contains a list of inclusive regulations for the US. An example of an extreme regulation is the debt collection under the Fair Debt Collection Practice Act which prohibits debt collectors from using abusive and extreme action on specific entities ( The Government Catalog of Regulations, 2020). It seems extreme in the perfect of the upshots to the debt collectors because the law infringes them. An example of necessary regulation is that concerning education. According to the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965, no child should be left behind in the education serviced to the state. The regulation is palatable because every child has the right to education for the betterment of life.
