The advertisement does a great job of explicitly announcing the type of audience that it is addressing. Throughout the ad, a youthful population has been used. It suggests that the company is specifically targeting this type of customer. Also, from the advertisement, we can see that the dog owner is an independent individual living in his own house and providing for himself. This suggests that the targeted population is an independent lot who can freely and easily provide for themselves. Also, the fact that the advertisement continually shows that the owner of the dog is an outgoing individual who loves life and embraces an active lifestyle sends a message about the type of audience that the advertisement is addressing. It suggests that the ad targets a variety of audiences that enjoys an active and social life—individuals who value health and find fun in engaging in physical activities. Moreover, within the advertisement, there is an inclusion of both the female and the male gender—this suggests that the ad targets the males and the female audience.

The viewer is tasked with the responsibility of purchasing the product to arrive home safely. Finally, there is the phrase, “Your friends are counting on you.” This is an intelligent phrase as it compels the viewer to think about his friends and loved ones. He can only get back to them after making a plan with the product. All these phrases are meant to create a desire for Budweiser’s product, and it does this so well.

Tone

The ad also uses a constant tone throughout. The song within the advertisement is sung at a low and friendly tone. The purpose of this is to portray love, friendship, and care. When someone cares for you, they don’t talk harshly, and with high tone at you, when they address you, they will always be friendly and communicate with you in a soft and warm tone, which is what the advertisement does. By doing this, it announces that it is a product that cares for its customers.

Slogans promote the idea of the product and directly introduces the public about the product that is being offered by the company. There is the slogan on the bottom section of the advertisement: “Care in every square.” This slogan communicates a lot of messages. For instance, it depicts that the product was specifically made for the customer. Including this slogan enables the company to achieve a personal approach with the intended customer. As a result, the customer will be compelled to purchase the product as he will feel included. Also, the slogan suggests that the company has done a great job in carefully creating and testing the product to the highest quality, just for the customer’s sake.

The form of production of the advertisement is also exciting. The image within the ad depicts a soft and high-quality toilet paper. The puppy’s image comfortably relaxing within the pile of tissues suggests that the tissues are cozy and soft for relaxing. The fact that Kleenex company decided to use a dog to produce the advertisement is also an intelligent move. Whether we like it or not, the audience is easily convinced by placing the puppy as the advertisement’s center. They easily achieve their goal of convincing the public that their product is soft and comfortable without even physically touching the product.

Puppies are always an efficient tool while using them within an advertisement. This is because puppies hold a soft spot among many human beings, and as a result, most humans cannot ignore nor assume their presence. The puppy does the job of grabbing the audience’s attention and convinces the customer to inspect and explore the product with the potential of purchasing it. Moreover, the ad is focused on children. This is also a great move because children would often ask their parents to buy the product with cute puppies on them.

One of my stand out movies is Brave the movie. I think it surpassed its expected objectives. I think its poster did a great job of introducing the film. Considering the above movie post, it is clear that Brave’s word is written just above the main character’s head. This reveals that the name is closely related to the character. The character is also designed in a Celtic style symbol. This suggests that the movie hails from Scottish backgrounds. There is also a bar in the background behind the word Brave. This indicates that the bear will play a very crucial role in the movie. However, the fact that it is not located at the front like she suggests that the bear is not going to be a major character. Also, the fact that the bear is located behind the word Brave indicates that despite the bear’s tough appearance, it is not going to be considered brave. Only the lady is deemed to be brave.

Moreover, the character is located directly in the middle of the poster. This immediately captures the attention of the audience. The attention is immediately focused on the main character. And this further suggests that she is the major character within the film. Furthermore, her standing position is a protective one. She is maintaining eye contact while her arrow and bow are bent at an angle to the viewer. This stance suggests that the character is sensitive to her surroundings and prepared to launch an attack on someone.

Considering below the character: “Change your fate, June 22”, is directed to the viewer of the poster. This is a persuasive statement urging the viewer to plan a date and ensure that on June 22, they avail themselves to see the movie. Moreover, the statement suggests that the main character is trying to change some aspects of her life. This creates curiosity within the audience as they will get interested in knowing what the character is trying to change.
