MEDITATION.
In most situations, we humans like being a pessimist in cases we have not to venture, or on tasks, we are yet to start. Through this, before we undertake or form a course during a semester, a perception already has been created in our minds, and we end up carrying many questions of how it will be, will we manage to excel. God calls us into a total surrender all to Him, and he will do it for us by opening various doors and sending people into our aid. He needs absolute obedience, trust, and great faith in Him. However, faith without action is dead.
In Mathew 7:7-8, the Lord is urging us to ask, and it will be given; when we seek, we shall find, and when we knock, the door will be opened for us. Because for anyone who asks will be given and requests granted when all is made known to Him. We have put ourselves to much worry; hence, we end up forgetting that the battle belongs to God and that we should always pray and leave Him to do His will in our lives. Moreover, comparing ourselves with our colleagues have made us fail God since His timing is different for each individual.
Besides, the moment we start lamenting why God has not answered us or make way for us, we start driving ourselves away from the Lord. Therefore, we should leave our worries aside and focus on God so that He can exalt us and make us shine in all we do for the glory of His name. As we start the semester, I pray for God’s grace, which is sufficient and His mercies, which are new every morning to guide me and enhance me to work towards fully trusting in the Lord that He will guide us well until we complete the course well.
