Paragraph #1

An engagement ring is a ring that is worn on the third finger of the left hand; it is used to indicate that the person wearing it is engaged to be married. This ring is presented as an engagement gift by a partner to their potential spouse after a marriage proposal is accepted. It is a symbolism of formal agreement of marriage that is projected to happen in the future. In most cultures around the world, engagement rings are worn by women, and the rings have the feature silver ring with gemstone on it. In the men’s case, they wear “management ring,” which acts as the engagement ring. To symbolize love and affection in most cultures, men and women wear rings and engagement rings that are matching, and in some instances, they can be turned in to wedding rings.

Paragraph #2

Garden the best place in the house because it is where a person can relieve him/herself from a busy life. In most instances, gardens have garden furniture like a garden bench, which is built for outdoor use only; a garden bench is made of weather-resistant materials like aluminum, which are rust-proof. Additionally, the garden has several health benefits; for example, the plants in the garden provides us with oxygen. To add on, the smell that comes from the flowers refreshes the mind every morning when a person wakes up. However, in the current generation, people are not building gardens anymore, because they lack space due to the increase in population and industrialization. Despite these challenges, people and government are supposed to put measures to bring back the eras of gardens that made homes to be the best places.

Paragraph #3

In my first semester at Keiser University, I studied Albert Schweitzer in my Introduction to Philosophy class. I adversely recall researching and discussing the following quotation: “The first step in the evolution of ethics is a sense of solidarity with other human beings” (Christian 391). Those simple words provoked my aspiration to not only attend university but become a person with the ability of ethical evolution. I knew from that time that I wanted to develop, both individually as well as professionally, to produce significant connections as well as interrelate with a wide diversity of people to explore my humankind. The pursuit of my learning speedily became an exceedingly personal experience that would differentiate my initial perceptions of university education.
