The provision of better and comprehensive quality healthcare services is more essential to promote and maintains the healthcare of various individuals. Notably, there have been changes in the clinics and healthcare centres that encourage them to change in a strategic and convenient position (Kadushin, & Harkness, 2014). The move ensures that the patient can access the care quality effectively and conveniently whenever they want and need the services. More so, the facilities provide that there are proper prevention and management of diseases, which reduces the occurrences of the premature deaths in the communities. The clinic is much beneficial to the patients as they are located in the urgent care centre, which is easy to get a location (Robbins & Davidhizar, 2020). The centres ensure that the patient is attended at the lower cost that is pocket friendly to the patient. More so, the healthcare centres reduce the transportation cost that various individual could have experienced as they are so close to their locality. However, the clinic is faced with multiple obstacles that can hinder its continuous operation in different locations. For instance, the unavailability of sufficient appointment hours to the patient in the facility retards the health centre growth. However, the nurses are addressing the issues through increasing the ultimate hours required in the provision of the care for the patients
