Negotiating and feedback
Negotiation remains to aid different parties in meeting the everyday needs that they are interested in in a peaceful manner. The best outcome of negation is to make various parties state of satisfaction via agreement on the concerned matter. Negations are used on a daily bases in our life, but in most cases, I may never realize weather we have used negation. For instance, when you have a friend who you had to have traveled with, both of you will have to low your pride down and negotiate on the best time to leave and get back home. In a business setting, it is a tool used to all parties involved, and the request is met civilly. Thus, in the process, each person’s interest will be considered for in the negotiating table, and all alternatives ways to achieve agreement will be put in place to make all parties meet at common grounds. For instance, I work with Kaiser Permanente and am also a member of the union, and right now, both are negotiating on contracts that provide the best interest to both the labor side and the leaderships. Even in the job description, each member is supposed to make an ethical decision (Jones, pg.2-7).
Feedback is a charity to give positive disapproval to help to advance the individual. Feedback is a great tool we use on personal and professional levels to aim to boost our skills. With good constructive feedback, it is of much importance that when working in the customer care desk, one is likely to meet clients’ work are different, especially when an angry customer gets in, and arguments start. The customer should be handled carefully to avoid creating a lot of drama action instead of allowing the statement; there should be skills to take the case peacefully (Wang, pg. 4-7).
Response and negotiation in trade can be very alike. When having a negotiation, it should be under in good faith, as said before, and this refers to the meeting is done at the best time, awareness of each other party, and the willingness to work around disparities. The tactic of each member’s request should be done in open mind backgrounds and thus is more crucial to carefully listen and have proper reasoning of each party (Yu, pg.4-9).
