network security policy
A good network security policy should ensure all authorized users have permission to access all the resources they want in the network. This can be done by assigning eath authorized users with passwords and unique cards to access the resources. The departments should then ensure these cards and passwords are stored safely. The second characteristic of a good security policy is avoiding accidental damage to computer systems and their resources. For example, it should make it difficult for deleting data accidentally.
On the other hand, staff should ensure they take care when taking action and confirm what they are doing before making the final step. The policy should prevent data from being accessed illegally from inside the organization and outside through the network. To protect the systems from external threats, the system departments should ensure the systems are protected using antimalware and all measures like disconnecting from the internet when it is not required to connect.
