Technology is fast evolving and spreading to all sectors be it education, manufacturing, health, and many other areas. A major stride to this advancement is the technology that facilitates fast processing, and access to information. The technology enhances efficiency in the management and delivery of services. These advancements call for restructuring of the workforce because they are new technologies and the current workforce is not skilled in dealing or handling them. The NICE framework assist organizations surpass the barriers of integration of the new systems that they implement.

A survey by World Economics suggests that approximately 85% of work that will be in existence by 2030 is not yet invented. Much of the indicators are pointing at the manufacturing sector, as a sector that will experience many shifts in their work. Technology is highly dynamic and is ever-changing and having a system that can adapt fast enough to technological adjustments is both efficient and cost-effective to the organization. A NICE framework that is adaptable will accommodate many solutions that compatible at the same time. Additionally, when the many solutions get solved within the same system, in case of any technical hitch it can easily be traced and solved timely enough.
