The American Nurses Association wanted to share information on growth to make it clear to the public about career growth in America. Growth in nursing is one of the factors that can be used to clearly show that nursing is accepted by most people in the corporate societies of America. Again, the growth of nurses’ numbers in American hospitals is an indication that the government is employing more nurses to meet the nurse-ratio goal. It reduces the chance of overworking nurses. The low rate of replacement is an indicator that nurses retire at an old age, which increases the number of unemployed nurses.
Nursing education
There are many nursing schools all over America, making it possible to access nursing education and get equipped with the skills. Nevertheless, there is a small number of nurses who pass the nursing exam annually. It depicts that there are strict rules in place to ensure there are credible nurses in the practices. It is also evident that access to jobs increases with training. For instance, at a master’s level, there is more access to nursing jobs at 67% compared to undergraduate degrees at 59%. It is mainly done to ensure there is maximum knowledge on the nursing practice.
Reliable methods mean that the method can provide data with minimal levels. In most cases, data interpretation and analysis can result in errors, which result in drawing invalid conclusions. In respect to this, it is suitable to use methods that are efficiently run. There are some of the techniques that become difficult to use by most data scientists. Valid methods mean they are credible and depict the authenticity of the data. The method of data collection that I am not familiar with is oral stories. It requires energy and a lot of sources to make credible data.
