The project is about the depth analysis of “Opening bus transportation”. The main idea behind opening bus transport is to help the people to connect with two different places easily. This project supports the main idea that a bus helps the common people to move in different places for different purposes within the affordable rates. The buses are used not only for corporate purposes, but also prominent for common people to access healthcare, education, and employment. The project claims about the fact behind the opening of various luxury bus transportation business is to provide people a feel of luxury that is unable to drive a car. The project throws a light to understand the different phases of bus transportation like planning before purchasing the bus, registration of buses or taking permits for those selected areas of local government and state government, or apply for a business license. It helps in understanding the designing of the buses to maintain the comfort level of children, senior citizens and disable people.
The bus transportation business is largely responsible for economic growth, mobility, quality of life in terms of luxurious buses. Transportation business is associated with many issues like driving license, alternative fuels, drunk driving, different taxes, funding and finance. The transportation system has played an important role in the tourism development.
The project also talks about doing the project by using critical path which helps in eliminating waste activities and utilizing the resources in efficient manner.

The critical path includes the following elements:
A list or record of all set of activities require to complete the project i.e. Work Breakdown Structure.
The time duration of each activity to complete the task.
The connection or dependency between the set of activities.
It must include milestones, and deliverable items (Maury, 2012).
HOW TO IDENTIFY CRITICAL PATH:
Early Start – The earliest time to start a pre-planned, given that initial activities must be completed first.
Early Finish – The earliest finish time for an activity (Meyer & Visser, 2012).
Latest Finish – The latest finish time the activity should be completed without any delay in the project.
Latest Start – The latest start time the activity must be started without any delay in the project.
The critical path is that type of path in which none of the activities have been delayed, i.e. the path for EF=LF and ES=LS for all activities in the critical path (Meyer & Visser, 2012).

The course of action is largely depends upon the internal and external situation. Managing the task is the most important human activity. Managing all activities is an art. It is doing the things in the light of a real time situation. The project manager can work better by using the definite knowledge about the particular organization. Practitioners may learn by trial and error method, there is no other places they can use for meaningful guidance other than assemble knowledge by practice (Gale, 2001). There are some following contemporary management theories:
Scientific management school – In this theory, it is believed that the workload of the project must be divided between the management and workers in an appropriate way. A particular task must be given to that employee to whom it was best suited. Taylor suggests a concept of breaking a complex task into small parts and evaluates the performance of each task. The Manager should increase the pay of an employee if they successfully complete the given task. The increment in the pay and rewards motivates the employee to work in the best way (Maurey, 2012).
Classical management school – In this theory, Taylor believed that manager should read the task and select the procedure for completion itself. This theory believed in increasing the working time of the employees and decreasing the number of people. They had developed the incentive system for the workers who are completing the task on time.
According to the Henry Gantt, he has developed Gantt charts to measure the performance of the company and workers. The charts are basically based on time rather than volume, weight, or quantity (Kristina, 2015).
