Overview of the Final Project
Introduction
In this paper, I will discuss the importance of communication in child growth and learning. We will find out later that adults play an integral role in developing a child’s social life. Therefore the best thing parents can do from birth to help their children learn is to interact effectively with them.
Hypothesis
This research tries to prove the supposition that children born in households where there is insufficient communication have an intensified need for teaching and interaction as they grow up. It focuses on the premise that there is a clear correlation between successful communication and the child’s cognitive aspects.
Literature review
The literature review consists of facts that I will get from the research to prove the existing knowledge we all have about how infants communicate. From the study, we can conclude that to resolve the difficulties associated with child development and language deficits; we use words and gestures to develop children’s means of communication from a young age.
Methods and materials
The methods and materials I will use will help me prove my claims and give my research paper credibility. The research design in use will be a longitudinal review consisting of a randomized control trial specifically designed to determine the implications of communication on children’s growth and learning. The participants I will choose for the research will be mothers who have just delivered and come from low-income families and are the only primary caregivers. Data collection will be at intervals. We will only research with the participants’ consent. We will use both qualitative and quantitative data to support the research.
Discussion
The discussion is a discourse on the results of the research. Here, I will analyze and clarify the implications of my findings on the research issue and illustrate my perspectives on the issue after taking the results into account. I will evaluate and explain the results and relate them with the literature review. I will link the background information I have about infant communication and the findings to conclude.
Conclusion
Here I will summarize the main points about effective communication and cognitive development in children and how it helps them learn to communicate. I will also submit fresh concepts that expand on effective communication in toddler development.
