Parental Agreement between Maria Evans and Eric Evans on children custody
Maria Evans (mother) and Eric Evans (father), guarded by individual desire and love for their children to cooperatively bring forth their children according to values they uphold based on their culture and spiritual matters, hereby enter into the following agreement. It is their intention as parents for their children to share emotional, physical, and financial support. Both parents have confirmed their consciousness in this agreement.
- Children’s Residence
To ensure children have established a strong emotional both with both parents, Eric Evans (father) has authorized Maria Evans (mother) to move the children from Jacksonville Fl to Salt Lake City, Utah. Further, both parents have agreed that the children shall reside with their mother at Salt Lake City, Utah until they finish their education. The children will then move to Texas, where they will live with their father for two years. It is expected that, after this period, the children will be mature enough and will be given the freedom to decide which parent they would like to live with independently.
- Financial Matters
Eric Evans (father) has agreed to offer children’s financial support of $1,000 a month during the period when the children will be residing with their mother. Maria Evans (mother) has also agreed not to ask for alimony from Eric Evans. The rest of the expenses, including food, toys, entertainment, hospital, clothing, and other day-to-day costs incurred on top of $1,000, will be catered for by their mother during the period she will be residing with her children. In case Eric Evans is willing to offer extra financial support to children, he will be free to do so. This is because this agreement does not require him to provide any additional financial support on top of the monthly $1,000 children’s financial support.
- Parental Visitation
It is now agreed that all the visitations are as per the long-distance sharing plan established with the flexibility of reversing visitation between mother and father depending on where the children’s primary residence is at the time. Further, both parents are allowed to make personal agreements on when the other parent away from the children can pay a visit to children based on circumstances surrounding a given event such as a child’s sickness or accident.
- Independent Children’s Residence
At the end of the agreed children’s residence period under their parents according to this agreement, the children will be given the freedom to decide with whom (parent) to live. Then, the long-distance sharing plan will be in effect, according to where the kids are at the time of their decision.
- Miscellaneous provisions
This agreement has been notarized and agreed upon by both parties. It has also been presented to each lawyer for them to review and approve. Each parent will retain one original, as well as their layers. This agreement is bond to remain valid until children their maturity age at which they can independently decide for themselves. Further, this agreement can be terminated if both parties involve (parents) voids it in writing.
