Planning should incorporate the definition of organizational goals and strategies that facilitate the accomplishment of the set-out goals. Besides, plans should be developed professionally to incorporate and coordinate work activities.

Furthermore, effective planning is concerned with end note results by showcasing how and what is expected to be accomplished. As such, there is an understanding and time frame of what is to be accomplished to meet the expectation of actualizing the goals and plans. To improve in both personal and organization planning, individuals can identify and engage the network of people who share the common goal. Defining the service area and knowing your territory is another strategic approach of improving in terms of planning. Identification of both the strengths and weakness of an organization can help the management team to identify the existing threats that work against the success of personal sand organizations.

In management, organizing refers to the relationship between people and resources that are meant to help to attain a common goal. Organizing is the process of identifying work that is to be achieved. Besides, it refers to the delegating responsibility and establishing relationships to ease the process of working because of teamwork and shared responsibility. Effective leaders should understand that they impact the organization workforce by inspiring and motivating hardworking employees. Loyal employees look upon the leaders to set a clear vision that drives the objectives of the organization positively. Successful leaders must understand that to function well; team members should be in a position of collaborating effectively (Kazimoto, 2013). To improve in terms of organizing, managers should conduct team building activities to ensure that each employee feels identified and valued.
