The second assessment addressed the two-factor profile; both motivating and hygiene factors were high and had similar values. From the values’ interpretation, I have high motivating factors, meaning specific work elements induce job satisfaction. On the other hand, the Hygiene factor demonstrated the ideal hygiene management needed to encourage job satisfaction. From a personal perspective, job satisfaction is vital as it allows for personal and professional growth and development, respectively. It also encourages creativity, which promotes fast professional and intellectual growth.
The final assessment addressed the notion of cosmopolitanism. The assessment identified that I am a cosmopolitan as I support people’s notions of learning from each other professionally. It has numerous advantages, such as intellectual development and personal growth attributed to the numerous interactions. Occupation stagnation is an issue that both employers and employees avoid as it affects the gross revenue generation and employee satisfaction. Therefore by encouraging cosmopolitanism, it is possible to advance society as well as the respective professional industry.
