Personal leadership philosophy refers to a set of principles and beliefs used in evaluating information and responding to people and situations. Personal leadership Philosophy creates a room for people who hear it to get an understanding of their priorities, values, and approach to decision making, and what they expect from others. Philosophy is the individual foundation or the belief in the nature of human upon making an effort to live their life to the fullest. Through philosophy, human beings create a mechanism of thought to back their drive and get the guiding principles for using both non-action and action. On the other hand, leadership refers to the art of motivating a group of individuals to act upon achieving a common goal. As a leader, it is vital to develop personal leadership philosophy which reflects characteristics of a good leader.

A leadership philosophy provides insight into the ideas, values, attributes, and expectations that comprise how you approach leadership. Your leadership philosophy reflects what is important to you as a leader so that you’ll be grounded in it and so that others can understand what you stand for and what they can expect from you as a good leader. To become a good leader a person must have specific characteristics which mark the world of integrity leadership in the world. As a good leader, a person must set a good example to be followed by others by having qualities such as ensuring great commitment, empathy, passion, integrity, and honesty. Similarly, noble communication skills, good knowledge in decision-making, innovative and creative thinking, and futuristic vision also follows while describing the qualities of a good leader.

As part of core values in my personal leadership philosophy, I feel that leadership is all about empowering and motivating people to succeed. It is based upon building strong teams to work together for achieving a common goal. For this reason, as a leader, I feel that the diversity upon my relationships will create room for innovative and creative thinking. Critically, leadership is mainly about knowing when to push other people outside their zones of comfort with the aim of development. Critically, as a way of motivating, I also find it being necessary to be a considerate and a supportive leader which will, in turn, motivate the team around me. It’s about being a champion for the cause. Leadership should not always focus on managing other people; it should be based upon being a role model for others to aspire professionally, personally as well as for the society.

My mission is based upon creating and leading a dream team where all people participate in their level best. On the other hand, my vision is becoming an empathetic, honest, and impactful leader at global level recognition. More to that am always committed am committed to rising as a great leader and adding value to the lives of the people I serve.

For me to be a successful leader, I should first assess my qualities. I took the Clifton Strength Finder report, which demonstrated my qualities in a knowledge and activity arranging guide. The outcomes showed the best five themes for me were input, responsibility, learner, arranger, and a great maximizer.

With no doubt, I concur with the analysis agree of Clifton Strength. Probably, I would be described by many people as to be described by many people as a subtle leader, which always remains calm in many occasions. The assessment was very accurate in the description of my leadership style and strengths. The result of the test granted me tools for reinforcing the strong aspects of my leadership style with no negative feedback. However, in my leadership, I wish to strengthen my natural talents in sharing my personal with potential people and as well improve my interpersonal skills.

To achieve my vision, I will make use of the positive outcomes from the assessment to align my leadership duty with my natural talents. For example, I will share this plan with people around my governing territory. This will help in developing their strengths and as well lead me to an environment which is more positive and productive in leadership. Similarly, as a focused leader, I will use interpersonal skills to influence others to accomplish specific targets and goals.
