One’s personality and the reaction to preferences may make one to fit on certain occupations and not the rest (Adorno et al 2019). Most of the people find it easier to work with other people at workplaces in the specific occupation than the other. Dealing with an occupation that conflict your personal preferences brings about dissatisfaction at the workplace (Eysenck, Barrett, & Saklofske, 2020).
