PERSUASIVE LETTER
Subject: take our daughter and son to take an integrative approach to work
Both our daughters and sons aged between 8 and 18 years are at this moment invited to work on 23 April. The invitation follows the chronological order of national “Take our Daughters and Sons to Work Day.” As such, the university staff and the whole faculty are asked to bring their children. The event will be held at Heartland University. The order of events of the day will integrate various activities including departmental tours, public safety mug shots and fingerprinting, health safety awareness, work ethics, athlete autographs, recreation activities, financial awareness initiatives, and dining discounts. Interested parties should take reply to Amber Bradley email or can call 572-3384 before the end of 23rd June 2019. While replying to the invitation, please ensure that you include your department, name, phone number, the number of children and provide the age of each child participating in the event.
Our children will also have an opportunity being recruited on the best practices in sale associate management by being taken through a survey. The survey report will gather various information which includes the company key performance indicators (KPIs), which will collect quantitative data per labor hour, wages/sale ratio, power time per associate and unit sold per interaction as well as the use of labor management software. Our company aims to create a report that other companies can use as a benchmark for improving their retail management practices (Porter & Kramer, 2019). The report will be beneficial to the company because it will be sold alongside other company reports, on the RetailData.com. Moreover, five participants will be selected randomly to receive an additional report which covers a different topic. Individual responses will not be shared at all, and all data will be presented on an aggregated form to avoid identifying a single company in the report.
To learn more about the national program, please you can take your time and visit www. Daughtersandsonstowork.org/wmspage.cfm?parm1=485. Besides, if you want to provide a different form of the learning activity that you would like the participants to go through, you can do so, but please contact me immediately so that I can put it into consideration. It is important to remember that the survey will learn from 6th – 24th of July of 2019. You can also add information that you believe is credential and don’t forget that the more successful your invitation is, the better we will have a good report and the better the outlook of the company.

Reasons for making changes
As a manager, when writing a letter, several things should be looked. For experience I encountered in work and interacting with people of different cultural background, I have understood that must be in a position of persuading someone to do something (Behizadeh,2017). As such, when writing the persuasive letter, I considered the following things. I had to brainstorm my ideas to make sure that the recipient knows what I want (Ackerman, 2016). The aim of writing the letter is elaborated in the subject.
Furthermore, I have introduced the letter by addressing the intended leader who includes the university staff and leaders. The various concerns of the reader have been figured out. The benefit of the program is well showcased to motivate the leader in participating or taking a neutral background of debating the issue. Accurate information on the issue of the effectiveness of sales management is well addressed to support the position.
