PLANNING THE PROJECT KNOWLEDGE APPLICATION
Planning the project as a course on its own equips its students with sufficient knowledge on how to manage various projects in the business industry successfully effectively. In project planning, project managers take control of all the procedures in the project schedule, ensuring all set steps get strictly followed.

After that, workers with the correct requirements get allocated to the jobs of their capabilities. At this moment, the implementation of the plan begins.
Work on the ground now takes off as the project manager closely monitors all activities taking place. They ensure all resources are utilized effectively at a cost-free level; cost is minimized by adhering to the budget, and that time gets used to the maximum level. Challenges get identified, and the project manager to respond to them with immediate effect. Changes get constructed, and their implementation ensured. Risks unplanned for might pop up during the plan execution. Project managers, with a direct impact, come in and provide their responses on how to overcome the risks or even convert them into strengths and opportunities to better the project.
As the project gets completed, the plan stays active until all the formalities included in it get realized by the entire project team. Workers who were previously hired on contract to complete the disseminated work do not just get paid and walk away. They instead sign off, agreeing with the completion of the project. Loose ends of the project get dealt with before closing (Olivier & Schwella, 2018). A report also gets formulated, which entails lessons learned by the staff as the project proceeded. This report dramatically helps in the future, in case the company requires carrying out an indistinguishable project, whereby much information in planning would emanate from the report. Previous errors and risks also get to be avoided to bring about a more effortless flow of work.
