Position of Negros
Introduction
Negros in the American states, who are the blacks, are likely to be given a separation due to their color. In the American system of education, a negro child can have education but later live to be tormented by the fact that their parents are the chief cause of their color. Similarly, the child will have no pride and self-respect since he or she will be aware that her parents never took part in the development of the civilization of society. Therefore, the American teachers must seek to change their position on the Negros. The reason as to why they should do that is discussed as follows;
A Negro child can turn to be harmful as well as being a criminal. For them, they try to find a way of survival since they are not being recognized by the society (James, 9). They may also turn to be street children, and as discussed by Chaldwin, who was once a street child, they would probably turn off their dreams and turn to be criminals because that is the only way they can survive. However, the American system of education does acknowledge that a man is a social animal that cannot exist without society. Society, on the other hand, is not accommodating all due to the biasness of concerning the negro child and the people at large.
Conclusion.
From the research above, it is evident that American teachers often have a biased perception of Negro children. This is an automatic reason as to why a negro child may turn into a cruel and ruthless adult.
On the other hand, it can be deduced that the American System of education is still in a short position. It should be revised to bring some alterations that may help recognize the Negro children for a good future.
