POST TANIC ASSESSMENT RESPONSE
Question 1
In comparison with week two self-assessment, there is a visibly significant change since most of the different aspects of technology within the healthcare line have continued to become easily managed. However, with the gradual interaction of the system, there is an observable competency in the different aspects of the system approach, and these create a significant impact to how well I continue to engage and impact in the service delivery and interaction with technology.
Over, the few weeks much has continued to happen in anticipation and on creating a better approach to healthcare technology, and this seems to have painted off with significant proficiencies in different critical areas that create a substantial impact to the service delivery and technology adoption in Healthcare. There is a continued positive approach comparing the initial competency in the different technology elements, and these are possible by the continued system engagement and efforts to create an understanding of the system operations and the various ways of familiarizing with the system continuously.
Question 2
The healthcare system has continued to transform, and this is significant in that it creates continuous change and meaningful impact on how individuals interact within the system. However, there is a different system that helps in managing different competencies and which may form a significant part of the entire nursing practice and which is characterized by continuous change and improvement in the skill to establish gradual and improved impact all round. The first competency that I felt would be helpful as an APN would involve finding information stored in the HIS to guide patient care.
The competency is quite exceptional in that it provides the standardized approach that would require me to execute and follow to establish significant change within the patient care. By getting access to the information, there is more substantial support in creating and developing a gradual impact on the patients and creating an understanding that would help in guiding and evaluating the quality of care provided. As an APN the competency would come handy in that it would create a significant understanding that would contribute towards the creation of better services and the continued monitoring of the different ways through which these may become improved along the process.
The second competency that would become helpful in cases that it’s well utilized would involve that related significantly to the assessment of the quality and relevance of the different research results are key in establishing better results or alternative options would become required for adoption. The competency is helpful in that it creates an understanding of how best to improve the services delivered and the continuous change necessary for quality service, which is critical in establishing a positive impact in the healthcare system.
Question 3
Different strategies would establish significant impact and influence in the different ways that create continuous control and determine a gradual change within the healthcare provision (Mostashari, 2014). The first competency that has built a significant impact to the different ways in the adoption of information technology and improvement of healthcare provision would involve the assessment of quantity, quality and relevance that the system creates and enables the interaction between individuals and the services offered within the healthcare facility. I achieved by continued cooperation with the system and assessment of the different ways through which the system would become helpful and create an interaction between the patients and the healthcare providers.
The second competency that has acquired throughout the course would involve the statement of risks, and constraints involved in the search for evidence-based information. With the risks identified, there is better management and continued establishment of the different strategies that would create a better flow of ideas and the management of the healthcare services. These are well achieved through the creation of better system analysis and identification of the different loopholes within the system to create gradual change and impact to the individuals.
