My team and I have ensured that we have crunched the numbers and built the communication project’s right framework. Additionally, the resources are available to facilitate the success of the project. The only missing step comprises stakeholder approval and buy-in. My stakeholder analysis will ensure accuracy, performance stays on track, and develop new initiatives aligned with the company’s goals. Sometimes, I believe that a lack of proper stakeholder evaluation may influence a roadblock to progress.

Concerning the discussion, every team member agrees that the allocation of tasks is instrumental in promoting the required developments. However, most of them are not sure about the stakeholders that I should include in the communication management plan. The dilemma revolves around the stakeholders being many on the project than normal (Schnackenberg & Tomlinson, Organizational transparency: A new perspective on managing trust in organization-stakeholder relationships, 2016). Despite the above, I have to consider the fact that I need to have a mandatory inclusion of some other external and internal stakeholders to ensure the right skills are cemented in the project’s development. I will think of less than eight individuals that will be involved in the communication management plan.

The consideration comes from the fact that all my team members have great knowledge in sales and marketing functions, but they may lack the right skills and experience for the project’s undertakings. Therefore, a clear selection of their skills and expertise will help my team accomplish their goals. Individuals such as Jerry Lawson, Sarah Jenkins, and Mike Green should not be left behind. In Lawson’s case, his skills will be instrumental in areas that involve effective decision-making in business. His understanding of business processes is crucial in providing my project with a competitive edge. Jenkins will assist in promoting logistical developments in the project. Her experience will be important in creating a flexible working framework to handle projects that require practical skills. Lastly, Green will be in the same position as Jenkins. The only difference is that he will be focusing on providing significant knowledge and information in information technology in the communication management project.

After identifying my stakeholders in the project, I will be tasked with prioritizing my stakeholders. The process will comprise the assessment of the level of influence and interest of my stakeholders. I understand that different stakeholders have unique power interests and influence over the rest. It will be important to identify the pattern of communication and relationships between stakeholders (Vogler, Macey, & Sigouin, 2017). The inclusion of the selected stakeholders into the project will involve understanding their positions before creating the right opportunities for stakeholders. The situation will influence me to keep the stakeholders satisfied and not bored. The situation will influence the high possibility of developing the right statement of work for the employees. For this, I will have to look into the possibility of aligning the projects’ needs with the employees’ expertise. In turn, I will focus on the most significant areas of the development concerned with the management of the project deliverables.

In conclusion, my role as a stakeholder analyst in the project will help define the right direction for the project. This is because of the right number and skills of stakeholders and processes that I will establish in the project’s management.
