Abstract
Active eating habits disorders one of the greatest sources of pregnancy complications that impact the health of the mother neonatal across the globe. Most of the women don’t believe that active eating disorders during pregnancy can cause them problems that can even lead to neonate’s health problems during the first month of delivery. Many believe that their complication can emanate from underlying factors like pressure, heavy liftings, or genes inheritance hence they will not take precautions when they are finding out their diet patterns. The study has shown that women who have active eating disorders are at greater risk of having complications during the birth where the infant can pass away or they will be forced to undergo cesarean. The unconscious eating can lead to the overgrown baby or weaker infant in the womb. Eating disorder ranges from eating unscheduled diets or the inability to eat in the worry that they will grow more fat which can cause anorexia nervosa as well as causing bulimia nervosa. These disorders bring in the aspect of depression and pose a great risk to pregnant women.
The article has purposely created the underlying assumptions about the health and the encounters of pregnant women. It has highlighted the assumptions that pregnant mothers make hence failing to observe diet and other eating habits that finally lead to eating disorders diseases affecting their lives and that of the infant. For that reason, I would rate the article productive.

The article has clearly described the impact and the causes of active eating disorders that contribute to some health issues to pregnant women. The one eating or failing to eat might not understand she is no the only one affected rather it is the mother and baby (Mantel, Hirschberg and Stephansson, 2020). Pregnant mothers may develop poor eating habits in the fear that they will grow fat and their image and body weight will affect them. Others neglect the diet and eating anyhow by mirroring the final consequences to the baby. Eating disorders mainly cause anorexia nervosa and bulimia nervosa that affect the delivery process.
The study was conducted with are a group of 246 women who participated in a longitudinal study for anorexia nervosa, the study also looked into the birth-related complications and the birth statistics (Mantel, Hirschberg and Stephansson, 2020). The results obtained showed that 6.1% had defected after delivery, 34.7% experienced some postpartum depression, and 26,5% undergoing cesarean and some sort of depression afterward than it did to women who observed diet and eating habits. These complications were attached to the eating habits and eating disorders to pregnant women. The article also left a point of discussion on how eating disorders can be measured.
The article is valid with the reason that it presents statistically searched information on how many people are getting complications and risking death to both mother and infant. It shows case the eating habits and disorders as an ingredient to the most cases that bring about complications during the delivery and to the neonatal.

The association between dietary patterns before and in early pregnancy and the risk of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM): Data from the Malaysian SECOST cohort. Plos one, 15(1), e0227246.
The article explored some barriers to the disclosure of eating disorders by the expectant as perceived by the women. The barriers that unfolded is that stigma where women fear to eat so that they cannot get fat, lack of opportunity for the education on the proper eating habits, some prefer self-management in the eating habits (Yong el tal 2020). The article also explored some symptoms of current eating disorders and illness awareness. Eating Disorders (ED) were attached to the stigma and poor professional training. The eating disorders to prenatal women is still a major concern and more campaigns should be put across to create awareness and improve their mental health for healthy infant and mothers after birth to have confidence and reduce the stigma associated with eating disorders
The article enlightens the rest of us and particular people are living in stigma and would wish to do self-management are at risk of suffering eating disorders related to diseases. The article also elaborates on the gap that exists between pregnant women, the society, and the professionals because many pregnant women would suffer such eating disorders due to the lack of coaching during and after delivery. Therefore, the source is reliable and truthful.

The article explains another aspect of healthy eating that expectant people should observe. It gives the hint on the balance of the cholesterol in the body. Many pregnant women cannot be able to determine their cholesterol level hence they find themselves under the great risk to suffer cholesterol disorders health issues (Balcom-Luker 2020). High levels of cholesterol form plaque in the arteries that block the flow of blood affecting the heart hence posing a great risk to the attack or stroke. Such aspects can be very dangerous to the expectant mother since it can as well lead to damage to the baby, the cholesterol can be low density which is preferable or high density which is not preferable. The expectant women are excepted to regularly visit the health centers to get advice on their cholesterol level. The recent guideline from the American Heart Association focus most on dealing with the risk of heart-related diseases
The article presents some relevant attention to healthy eating and cholesterol control to pregnant women to remain fit and reduce the impact of such disease that can be controlled by only observing the exercise and eating healthy. the article again creates awareness that encourages people who are not health conscious to get proactive. Hence the article is valid and reliable
