Specific databases and programs are used to make the necessary user-interphases. Implementation stage the system is entirely built, and protocols are put up to apply the system. The planning phase is the most crucial stage because if errors occur in the first stage makes the method unreliable for use. This stage should be adequately outlined to ensure user needs are considered.
